EPHESIANS 4:11-13

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, pastors and teachers;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the
edifying of the body of Christ:

Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son
of God, unto a perfect (Mature) man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

God wants us all to be like him, like our Savior Jesus Christ so he has given
to us all the help we need. He has given us his Word, He has given to us the Holy Spirit.

Just look at what these scripture teach us, that, he has given us other help;
in apostles, prophets, pastors and teaching, to help us Mature in Him, so we can help one another.
So we can win the lost to Him. God wants us in unity and Harmony in the Faith, knowing the knowledge
of his Son Jesus, so we can grow everyday and be more like Him.
